US CUPS SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Handling

You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges displayed at the time of purchase. US Cups reserves the right to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate shipping and handling charges at any time; however, applicable charges will always be disclosed prior to completing your order.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and various LTL freight carriers for palletized shipments. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for your order.

Actual delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and other factors outside our control.

Customers agree not to arrange or redirect shipments for export.

Delivery

Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for inspecting all products for damage, defects, or discrepancies.

Please ensure:

  • The products are in good condition

  • The correct items and quantities were delivered

  • The design matches the approved artwork provided

Any issues should be reported promptly in accordance with our Return Policy.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or carrier-related issues

  • US Cups is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is made available to the customer by the carrier.

Pallet Deliveries

For pallet shipments:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the proof of delivery (POD)

  • Note any visible damage on the POD

  • Take photos and report issues immediately to your US Cups representative

Failed Deliveries

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the purchaser.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related issues (e.g., unavailable recipient, incorrect address):

  • Additional delivery or storage fees may apply

  • Re-delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer
